At Femmi, we’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship.

🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We ship from Perth, Western Australia.

  • Domestic shipping: Available Australia-wide.

  • International shipping: Currently not offered (but we’re working on it!).

🚚 Shipping Carrier

  • All orders are shipped via Sendle, a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service.

  • Sendle partners with local couriers to ensure reliable and eco-friendly delivery.

⏱ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

📮 Delivery Timeframes

  • Perth Metro: 1–3 business days

  • Other Australian cities: 3–7 business days

  • Regional & remote areas: 7–10 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier networks, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.)

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Flat-rate shipping: AUD $10.00

 

🔍 Tracking

  • Every order includes tracking information.

  • You can track your parcel directly through Sendle’s website using the link provided in your confirmation email.

 

📦 Packaging

  • We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible to reduce waste.

  • Your items will be securely packed to ensure they arrive safely.

❗ Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@femmi.com.au

  • We’ll liaise with Sendle to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Femmi is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, but we’ll always do our best to assist.

📝 Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
