At FEMMI, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. As a small business run by two mums, we're committed to making things right if your purchase isn't quite right.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our underwear products, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, hygiene reasons or incorrect size selection. We recommend referring to our Size Guide carefully before purchasing and if you're unsure feel free to contact us for personalised advice.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will happily offer a replacement, refund or store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide

Gel Packs
For hygiene and safety reasons, gel packs are non-returnable once opened. However, if your gel pack arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we'll provide details on how to return the product. In most cases, return postage is at the customers expense unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
