Our FEMMI reusable Hot & Cold Gel Packs are specially designed to slip snuggly into your Femmi Undies for target relief during your period, postpartum recovery or anytime your body needs a little TLC. Use them to ease cramps and muscle tension or cool to relieve and soothe tenderness.

Cooling: Pop them in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use or submerge in icy water. This will assist in soothing swelling, stitches and tears.

Heat: Pop in the microwave for 10 seconds or submerge in hot water. If additional heating is required reheat in 5 second intervals until desired temperature. Please ensure to test the temperature before use and do not use directly on your skin!
